SEMI PERMANENT MAKE UP CANCELLATION POLICY
Adequate notice is required to re-schedule your appointment, a minimum of 5 days prior to your appointment. For re-scheduled appointments, the deposit is valid for a maximum of 4 weeks. If you do not wish to re-schedule, you will loose the deposit.
Failure to show for your appointment will also incur loss of deposit and a new one will be required for any future bookings.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours by text message and since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. All cancellation fees will be applied on the total of your next treatment.
– Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
– “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
– Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
– Multiple services cancelled within 24hours will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team’s scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
48 HOURS NOTIFICATION
As part of our service, you will receive a notification text message as a reminder for your appointment. You will receive this 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
